Steading Cottage is a very spacious stone built property and is just a short walk or drive from the ever popular sandy beaches of the Northumbria Heritage Coast. The open plan interior is modern and well furnished with all conveniences including underfloor heating and a multi-fuel stove.

Accommodation Over One Level (Ground Floor)

• Living Room / Kitchen: Large, open plan with TV/DVD, docking station, multi-fuel stove, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
• Bedroom 1: King size double and TV.
• Bedroom 2: Twin beds (or super king size bed) and en-suite shower, basin and WC.
• Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Patio. Oil central heating. All power, starter fuel for fire (October - March), bed linen and towels included in rent. Off-road private parking. Cot and highchair available on request.

Storage for cycle and large sports equipment available on-site.
